Included in most of our computer maintenance plans, we perform the following tasks on the computers:

• Apply any service packs or critical security updates that need to be installed to help ward off potential hackers.

• Verify that your Antivirus protection software is up-to-date and functioning correctly, and we view virus activity logs and take the necessary action that applies.

• Purge Temporary Internet Files and Windows Temp Files which can slow your computer down and fill up hard drive space.

• Scan and remove any Viruses, Adware and Spyware.

• Verify that back ups are working correctly by restoring a file.

• Check the health of hard disk drives, their capacityand the amount of usage.

• Add any programs needed that are not installed, uninstall programs that are no longer needed, and prevent unneeded programs from auto-starting when the computer starts, making it run faster.

• Address any othe specific issues that do not warrant a specific visit.

• PLUS - Cover EMERGENCY CALLS with any problem that you encounter with your computers, server, network or internet access.

A customized task list will be created to suit your business to ensure the key areas are being addressed during each visit. We understand that you and your employees' time are valuable. We will work around your schedule when performing our services, and much of our work can be done remotely or after hours.

COST: Our monthly maintenance plans vary and are tailored to meet your specific needs, but often a typical monthly maintenance package consists of us visiting your office twice a month and performing the tasks listed above plus any emergency call. Our normal service rate is $125 an hour. With a maintenance plan though, you will receive a significantly discounted price for an office visit, depending on which package meets your required needs. Generally speaking, the price is based on the amount of hours, computers, servers and users your business has.
